Article 1. Application
These terms apply to all use of PixHub (the “Service”).
Article 2. The Service
The Service generates and lets you download fan-text images (PNG) from the text and style you choose.
Article 3. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. The following are prohibited:
- Generating images that violate the law
- Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
- Unauthorized access to the Service, or sending malware
- Impersonating someone else
- Interfering with operation of the Service
Article 4. Intellectual property
Copyright in images you generate with the Service belongs to you. You may use and distribute those images.
Copyright in the Service’s source code, design, and fonts belongs to the provider of the Service.
Article 5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” The provider makes no warranty that the Service is fit for a particular purpose.
Article 6. Limitation of liability
The provider is not liable for any damage arising from use of the Service, including direct, indirect, and special damages.
Article 7. Suspension and changes
The provider may suspend, change, or discontinue the Service without notice.
Article 8. Changes to these terms
The provider may change these terms without notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Article 9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms.
