Digital product
The PixHub 印刷キット sold by PixHub is a digital product. The following policy applies because of that.
Cancel before you pay
You can cancel any time before you pay on the Stripe Checkout page. You are not charged.
After payment
After Stripe confirms payment, we handle cancellation and refunds as follows.
General rule: no refund
This is a digital product. We do not accept returns or refunds after download.
Exception: payment errors
We will contact you and refund the charge when the payment system itself fails, including:
- A duplicate charge
- A double charge caused by a system error

How long a refund takes
If a refund is approved, your card issuer may take about 5 to 10 business days to show it, depending on Stripe’s processing.

Changes
We may change this policy without notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
